I am sending you on a jaunt today, I made this petal card for Scrappy-go-Lucky and did a photo tutorial on how to do it - hop over there if you want instructions - if you haven't visited there before, you are in for a treat, the design team all have very different styles, and there are some great ideas over there. Check out Diane's idea for Cuttlebug folder storage - I rushed out and bought some of these boxes the very next day! Mandy stocks stuff in the store that is difficult to find elsewhere as well......always a bonus
It's my craft group day today, which means that, as I write this, Mike is struggling to load the car with box after box of stuff, 99.9% of which will be unused, and loaded back into the car at the end of the day. Each time I look at it and think 'I really must be more focused in what I take', and each week I repeat the cycle. Still, if I need a pink ribbon or a black gem, I can be sure I have it.......
Don't forget, you still have a couple of days to try your hand at winning some ProMarkers - scroll down to the post
Gorgeous card. In the US, you can also get craft/scrapbook supplies at Target. Sometimes you can also find stuff at Ross and Kohls. I have not checked out Kohls but I have found some cute paper at Ross. One of the stacks I am giving away in a few weeks is from there.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great card. Love the colors. TFS

ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Enfys!
ReplyDeleteAre there many of us that don't take way too much when we go to a crop or crafting day? It's just the nature of the beast, take a ton of stuff or don't have what you want. There is usually something I want that I left home even then.
Amazing! I just love it!
ReplyDeleteOMG, Enfys, your card is so fantastic, I'm speekless.

ReplyDeleteWow, wow, wow, this is amazing. Fab work hun! *hugs*
ReplyDeleteDarling card. I have been looking for a reason to get Eleganty Edges and now I have found it. I am always in need of a gift card holder and this is a great one.
ReplyDeleteLovely card Enfys! When I went to crops... I didn't take everything. But it was almost everything! The last time I went, I had to ask for help to get the stuff from my car, inside. And then back again. As my back is bad. I decided then that would be my last time. And I don't miss the packing and hauling...but I do miss the sharing, and the time spent with others who love the craft. Hugs.... Jess
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty card - I love the layers on the flower.
ReplyDelete(I actually cut into some of the lovely ribbon you sent me...difficult to do but it was just perfect for the B&W card I was making).
Toni xx
Oh my, red and white. So clean and sharp looking. I absolutely love it. Now I have to try making one!
ReplyDeleteI never understood how people pack to craft at other people's houses. How do you know what you need, unless you knew exactly what you were making and that's just not me, ha ha. I was remiss in not posting a link to your give-away on my blog, but that has now bee remedied. Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful card Enfys.
ReplyDeleteHugs Riet.xx
I love the colors you used on this georgeous card. Sooooo diff. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI love this card Enfys I saw it the other day and made it a favorite. I really want to give it a try.
ReplyDeleteThis is a gorgeous card and I love the red and white together. I am on the look out for those boxes Diane had over here in the UK because that was a brilliant idea and keeping them as Diane does in theme's makes life so much easier.
