No new card from me today, I am still nursing my poorly back and haven't been able to sit at my desk, I've languished on the sofa feeling sorry for myself.
a lot of you won't have seen this which I made for the Craftwork Cards blog, using their lovely Kitsch papers and die cuts. I cut a quilting pattern from the Scan N cut for my background, and the sentiment stamp (love that sketchy casual font) is one from the dollar bin in Michaels, picked up on my recent trip
and this one was made with the die cuts from the pack, apart from the sentiment, which was SNC, I drew the butterfly trail with a ProMarker
Right, that's me done, I'm off to feel sorry for myself again, see you tomorrow x
So cute Enfys and you know how I love butterflies....Hope you feel better soon.

ReplyDeleteI hope you are taking it easy so you can get back to creating.
Your cards are wonderful, Enfys. So sorry your back is hurting. I used to have terrible back problems - could hardly get in and out of the car. Went to a physical therapist - no help. Then I started using an ab roller. It changed my life - no back problems since, other than the odd stiffness from over-doing. Have you ever tried an ab roller?
ReplyDeleteSuch bright cheerful papers and cards...so sorry to hear your have back pain. I am a NHS physiotherapist and see people every day....the best thing for simple back pain ie just pain in your back, is to take full dose paracetamol or if that is not helping speak to your GP and get something stronger. After 48 hours of pain is is most important to start to get up and about despite the pain. Sadly sitting and lying down does not help...the NHS on line has some good info. The good thing is that nearly all back pain is very benign and self limiting. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hugs xx
ReplyDeletePretty cards Enfys. Hope your back eases and you are feeling better soon.
