Once I had found the little girl stamp, I tried colouring her again a different way - surprising what a different look you get with new colours. This time I cut a scalloped circle from the cricut lite cartridge Lacy Labels, and added some shimmerz dots to that. This little cutie is fast becoming a favourite of mine............
Dress - Cool Aqua, Duck Egg, Dusky Pink
Grass - Pear Green
Hair - Buttercup and Sandstone
Sentiment circle - Craftwork Cards
Papers - Martha Stewart
I found a promarker colour chart online, it's on my sidebar, click on that to get the chart, I also have a list of USA stockists, too big to put on here, but if anyone wants it, email me and I will send it to you
It is cool, drizzly and a bit miserable here today, is summer over for the UK? I do hope not. In the meantime, I am going to dig out a sweater and some jeans. Look on the bright side, the garden won't need watering today!
See you tomorrow....
Hi Enfys wow what a lovely card, that new colouring is fabulous and really makes a statement. Love the card design and the papers to.
ReplyDeleteI thought youd like to know that Ive just posted a card using one of those lovely sassy ladies you sent me in the blogcandy, I do so hope that you like what Ive done with it. With love and hugs Shirleyxxx
Looks totally different! I love the soft colors. Thanks for sharing. ~Diane
ReplyDeleteVery pretty card. I love to do two different colourings, too, because it is sooo interesting. Here in Germany it is soooo hot and we are alarmed about heavy thunderstorms to come this evening with tornados (in GermanY!) and hail of more than 2 cm diameter. Keep fingers crossed for us!
ReplyDeleteSo gorgeous card Enfys,i love the image and the colours.
ReplyDeleteSo amaing papers.
Hugs Riet.xx
Enfys... this is gorgeous, I love it. I see why she is becoming your favorite. ... your coloring is awesome. So I wondering if you like these promarkers better than the copics??? hugs
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful stamp!! She's a cutie and great job on the coloring. Both cards yesterday's and today's are so beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteIt is amazing how different colors makes your little girl look like a different child! Love the colors and the card!! :)
ReplyDeleteI love this image in the new colors. Very fresh and lively. Gorgeous card as always.
ReplyDeleteEnfys,
ReplyDeleteThanks for a cute card. I have two of the lite carts and this one I think is one I will get. I did not really care for alot of them. I would rather puchase some of the older ones and the October ones which fall and Halloween are my favorites along with snow and Christmas. What a great job...
She surely is lovely. I have a cute boy and a cute girl stamp that I have been playing with, but having a tough time getting the skin tones right. I have been using my Aqua Crayons and I think I just need a few more color choices.
ReplyDeleteThis little gal is adorable though and I can see that there would be a lot of ways to use an image like this one.
It's amazing how diferent the same stamp can look isn't it, En. I have to admit though I think I like the nostalgic one best, the colours are so subtle.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the colour chart, that is really useful.
I hope Summer isn't over yet. It's been really warm here but we've just had a storm and the wind has come up from nowhere. The garden's had a good drink though, which it desperately needs.
Hugs Lisax
Hi! I know I've not posted alot lately. I've been super busy! But I HAVE been watching. And I just love this little girl and what you've done with her.
ReplyDeleteHugs, TR
Totally different look! I loved the sepia, but I love the blue. It's nice when one stamp gives such different looks,
