Farewell to DD

Just a quick card today, I bought this coffee set by Inky Antics at Orlando's Stampfest, I don't know if you can clearly read all the sentiment, it says
Just Keep me caffeinated
and we'll all be a lot happier
As Dunkin Donuts has given us all such a laugh whilst I have been here, I made this card in DD colours - bright pink and orange for those of you who have yet to sample the joys of a large iced caramel latte, with whippped cream and extra caramel..........................................................

I have spent most of the day today looking for my carry on wheely bag, and I swear it is nowhere in this house. Every spare inch has been searched, and it is not a big house with lots of hidey holes. How can that happen? How can I lose an item of luggage without even taking it out of the house? It's a total mystery. Sobering thought, perhaps I am the nutso, not all the DD characters I have met on my travels! Have you ever had that feeling when something inexplicable happens, and you rack your brains to try and solve it, you really do think you are going crazy.
See you tomorrow

Love the card En. You did DD proud. Did you take the wheelie bag to Orlando? Is it in the trunk of the car? Hope it shows up. I have gremlins at my house who move things all the time. hugs, eileen

Identify totally with that feeling-BUT that way madness lies-so go and do something different and the answer will hit you in the face-works for me anyway. Have justfound my very important tin of needles after several weeks of missingness! Love BettyXXX

I love this DD card! The sentiment
is so me! I hope you find your
carry on. Could it be in the trunk
of your car? That's what popped into my head when I read your post.
Who knows?
Hugs,
Maryellen

Awesome DD card!! Colors are just perfect!! I have those moments, too. The most puzzling thing is it turns up being where I 'know' I looked a dozen times!! Hope it turns up soon! :)

Absolutely! I spend 98% of my time looking for things I miss placed. They always show up but it really drives me nuts. Did you use it when you went to the craft show in Orlando? Maybe it is with that stuff. Sorry I just had to make a suggestion. Can you tell I spend 98% of my time looking for stuff?
Your card is wonderful. I love the sentiment.

Enfys,

What a cute card!!! :)

I had a few questions about your Scrap Cupboard-which I love, by the way!!! What a great idea!

How are you hanging your Nesties? And what is Homebase? What are those drawers made of? They're heavy/sturdy enough to store paper?

Thanks so much,

Jennifer

Love the bright card! Inky Antics are one of my favorite companies.

I'll miss the DD stories for a while, but I'm sure you'll meet some interesting characters on your way home.

And it's not just you...I spend more of my life looking for lost things than I do working on projects.

Oh, and about your luggage! I do this all the time (especially with gifts that I put away for people...always find it after the occasion has passed). :(

Do you think you happened to have it in the garage? I hate to say it, but maybe someone took it. This happened to my neighbor (who used to always keep their door open & we lived in a gated neighborhood-go figure!).

I feel crazy all the time.

Now En, if we were talking about me, it would already have been packed and standing with the rest of the bags, waiting for departure. Sad, I know, but very true! I'm sure you'll find it in the very place you looked before.
Lovely card, and I hope you have a wonderful trip.
Hugs, Jess

Great card, En. I'm sure your case will turn up in the most unlikely place when you are totally not looking for it.

Great card! LOL funny. As for the case ~ it'll appear. It will just be there, all innocent, when really it's been down the street carousing with the neighbors luggage! (just like the kids used to do ~ me? I've been here the entire time!)
