Firstly, sorry I didn't post the winners on Sunday, but I really have been feeling under the weather, I think I have a severe allergic reaction to all the political shenanigans going on here in the USA - I will be 100% better by tomorrow night! Seriously, I had one of those bugs that leave you feeling very under par, but without further ado:
This week's winner of the fabulous colouring DVD by Nikky Hall of Polkadoodles is
Lena (lena'screations blog)
and the winner of the fine tips for ProMarkers is
Jan Pridatkow
Congrats to you both, email me at enfysc@yahoo.co.uk with your details and I will get your goodies in the mail to you
You have yet another chance to win one of these fabulous colouring DVD's from Nikky. Leave your comment under this post, and I will draw a winner on Sunday
On to today's cards. I bought this stamp by Stampendous, and love it, so easy to make very effective cards, I stamped this first one in one of the new winter distress inks, Gathered Twigs.......
I put a little heap of Frantage embossing powder in my palm, and sort of flicked it over the scene before heating from underneath.....
It gives a very satisfactory appearance of falling snow.......
and for this next one, I used Weathered Wood distress inks, the scene on both cards (inside the oval) was cut out and popped up with foam pads. This one is heavily glittered, but I have yet to find a way of showing that in photos. Frantage glitters and embossing powders are also by Stampendous
I notice that over on the Letraset site, they have some of my very favourite Promarker sets on clearance. A set of 5 skin tones and 5 skin accents - they are $13.36 for a pack of five markers with free worldwide shipping on an order over $30, and no sales tax. (I am giving the US currency, because in the UK we ALL know what a bargain Promarkers are!) Go HERE to shop
See you tomorrow

ReplyDeleteHi En, love the cards. I can see a bit of the glitter (I think) down by the greenery. I hope you didn't toss that stamp. It's quite beautiful. I just got over what ever is going around. ReplyDeleteEnfys, I love all the white on white cards so much that I have been inspired to make all my Christmas cards that way. I have already got 43 done in three different designs. I loved this card especially and so I hunted it down online. If you do not find yours they are selling it at the online store 7kidscollegefund. I just bought one this morning. Thanks so much for inspiring me. God bless, Smoochie
