Here's a card I really like, love those little La La Land stamps, they are such fun to colour. I diecut a frame using nestability labels, and stamped a Stamping Up sentiment.
Marci was coloured with Flexmarkers, but I forgot to take a note of the colours I used, sorry
and this is my current work in progress, the garage where I keep all my craft stuff is being painted, so it has all come into the house, and I am having a really serious clear-out. All that paper! Someone slap me if I ever talk of buying more......
Nightmare!
Back to work now, see you tomorrow....
Beautiful card and besides, you "need" all that paper don't you, lol! Hope it all gets put back together nicely.
ReplyDeleteI loved your card. One can never go wrong with a little gingham. :) While your space may be a little cluttered right now with the painting going on, all I could think when I saw it was, "Look at all that wonderful bright sunlight streaming in through the windows!" I work in a basement corner with no natural light at all. Thanks for continuing to show us your projects even while you're in the midst of a home project. :)
ReplyDeleteAdorable card, I love those La La land stamps :)
ReplyDeleteI also need to do some spring cleaning myself... and I know what you mean about "paper" I have too much!

ReplyDeleteMy craft room is in a state of chaos right now. I had my son help me put shelves up and built in a desk, but I don't have anywhere to move things out to so I can organize. So it is moving things from one place to another to try to get them in some kind of order. It's a nightmare, but will be great if I ever get it finished.
Don't feel bad about the paper, I have tons of it too. Could go the rest of my life and never need another piece. LOL!

ReplyDeleteI know the feeling about the paper...I have enough to last probably the rest of my life. I love paper.... Good Luck to everyone in the challenge....I love the room that you have all the things moved into. I would just keep that room...
I bet you've already bought some more, haven't you? Slap slap. Well, feel free to send any pearlescent paper my way, as I could do with some. I often make cards for my local charity shops, but was intrigued lately to be asked by one if I ever made pearlescent ones as they sell well there.

ReplyDeleteOMGoodness ... this card is totally adorable ... love it!
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid that you are not the only one that has allowed their scrappy area, and supplies, to get out of hand ... mine is a such a mess! I had a lovely dream the other night that I had turned into an organizing dynamo and had somehow cleaned and organized my mess. But sadly, when I awoke and the nightmare was still there.
Well ... maybe some day! Hey, a girl can dream, right! *wink*
Hugz,
Carol
