Review of my crafty year and a winner........

Time for the annual round-up of my favourite makes from 2014 - scrolling back has been fun, how has the year gone so quickly? I have chosen these for various reasons - because I was proud of an original idea, because I had a heck of a job making it (but it turned out alright in the end), because I was using a new technique or toy, because it was a magazine commission that I agonized over for hours ........or just because!

January

February - looks like this is the month I discovered texture paste!

March - I seem to have been in a floral mood this month....

April

May

a bit of freehand watercolouring........

June

I'll be back with the last six months of the year tomorrow. In the meantime, the winner of the Promarkers that I posted before Christmas, chosen by random.org is:

LUCRETIA

Congratulations, email me with your details and I will get them in the mail to you

  6. It's always fun to look back and see your own creations with a fresh mind. I haven't been able to do a lot of crafting this year, but I'm hoping next year will be better...
I managed to retrieve the box holding my embossing paste and tools from one of the removal boxes so I'm hoping I can have a little fun in the next few days.
Love how you've incorparated the embossing paste on your bee hive card, but your June black & white card is my favourite of the bunch.
Wishing you a happy and healthy 2015!

  8. Either my rememberer is getting better, or you cards are really memorable! I think #2. Cause I know my memory gets worse instead of better. ;-) I do remember all of them, even back to January!
Thanks for the stroll down memory lane. I just loved the honey bee one. I need to get a bee stamp. I cannot wait til Feb to get my craft space back. With all my stamps and papers out to play. And my Cricut out of its box!! Big hugs, Jess

  9. Woohoo! Can't believe I won some more Promarkers (which I badly need more of). After getting Panduro Tilda goodies for Xmas I didn't think I would get any more craft stuff for a while. Thank you so, so much Enfys. Of the cards shown, I would choose the bee one as my personal fave as I have a thing for bees. Hope everyone has a happy and lucky New Year.
