Thanks to all of you who have sent good wishes to Mike. Unfortunately he is no better, still in a lot of pain and on very strong meds which have been changed three times, none of them are really working. We see an osteopath tomorrow, keep your fingers and toes crossed that she can do something
If you remember, I had to turn comment moderation on because of the loads of spam that was coming through. Well, I now get to see the spam close up and it is hilarious. About thirty people a day seem to think I am in desperate need of viagra. Then there are the spammers who send out what looks like a genuine comment - 'what an interesting post, I would like to read more, visit my blog pharmacysuppliesforidiots.com'. Last week, for some reason (which left me totally perplexed), I had a stream of spam messages from people all offering me help with blocked drains. What?......Where did that come from? I am offered cheap handbags, designer trainers, stuff to stop me going bald.......it is endless. So if I am late posting any day, you will know that I have been diverted by someone offering me large discounts on bulk dog food, probably sent by courier from China.......(no I haven't got a dog, but a bargain is a bargain)

As much as I hate that darn word verificaton, I had to turn it on on my blog too. Darn spammers! I didn't mind so much when my spam collector was getting them all, but when they started being posted I had to turn it on.

I had got a spam mail once, they were really appreciating my card and then invited me to visit their new website, I was so delighted to visit them and when I opened it a wave of current went thru my stomach to head, those stupid guys they invited me to their porn site... I was like what the heck...

ROFL you crack me up Enfys - I have fortunately only been spammed the once - and it was someone offering me a cheap hot tub after I did a layout which featured pictures of me and my mum in the hot tub on one of our cruises.

This card is cute, cute, cute ... that little face is adorable, and I love the vibrant colors. I'm so sorry to hear about Mike and I can completely sympathize … my husband is recovering from a back surgery he had last Tuesday. I'm sure all will work out now, but we had several months of “let’s try this and let’s try that” before we ever got to surgery. Best of luck … I’ll keep you in my prayers.
I do hope Mike has better luck with the ostiopath. It seems that medical problems are plaguing everyone. I took a day off from hospital. As I'm exhausted. But back at it tomorrow.
