Polkadoodles Friend Card

Here's another Polkadoodles card, everything was printed out using the Sundae of Seasons CD. The great thing as far as I am concerned, is that you don't have to fiddle around and resize anything, it's all done for you on the CD. I printed out the fence, flowers, backing paper and sentiment ribbon and cut around them.......

added some button and thread (I hate naked buttons!) centres to the flowers........

and the sentiment strip just needed to be cut out. So easy.....

Want to see more of this gorgeous little babe? Come back tomorrow......
I was searching today for a punch, I thought I had it here, but after a search I decided I must be mistaken and it is back home in the UK. So I finished the card without it, opened a drawer and there was the missing punch. How did that get there? I had searched that drawer. I need help to get organised. Anybody with exceptional organising skills is welcome to come and stay. Anyone who can teach me to make a card without half a ton of paper ending up on the floor, and glue and glitter all over my desk would be particularly welcome

  1. LOL, been there, done that, with the punch that is. I always blame the studio gremlins... they always hide stuff on me!

  6. Another FABULOUS card Enfys ... and the little spot of yellow in the center pf the flowers is the perfect touch of brightness without over-powering the wonderful soft feel of the card. I love it.

BTW, I totally agree, I hate naked buttons too! (*wink*)

  15. Those CDs seem so great! I can't wait to try one! As for the organization, my DH says that the mess just means it's getting used. In other words everything could be perfectly stowed away but then I would never use it.

  16. You are too, funny! I am organized, but I can't make anything without making a mess. It's like I am 6 yrs. old!

  19. Very pretty card, who needs a punch! Are you sure you weren't at my house? I have a basket with all my punches, so I stuck my hand in, feeling around, and couldn't find what I wanted. I pulled the basket out, and rooted through it... it wasn't there. Okay....who stole my... oh there it is...already on the table! That's not about organization, that's about this swiss cheese memory!

  24. This master gardener loves this card but I am rather fond of anything that is sort of garden themed. Wish I had the time off work to come help you out. My coworkers tell me I'm too organized. But I do still have tools that tend to walk around in my scrap area too.

  25. Love the card - especially noticed the shading. Besides making cards and scrapping, I love organizing next.
